I have nothing online yet. Is that a problem?
It is the ideal starting point. No legacy decisions to unpick — we build the brand and the site together so they actually match.
How long does it take?
Most projects launch in four weeks. Discovery is day one, direction lands in week one, build and copy run through weeks two and three, and launch follows in week four.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The domain, the site and the brand assets are yours. If you ever leave, we hand everything over.
What happens after the first year?
Your first twelve months of hosting are included in the build. After that you choose a care plan:
Essentials at £20 a month covers hosting, SSL, daily backups, security monitoring and every plugin update.
Care at £45 a month adds up to 30 minutes of changes each month and a next-working-day response.
Either way you can stop whenever you like. There is no tie-in once the site is yours.
What counts as a “small change”?
Text edits, swapping an image, updating your opening hours, adding a team member or a service to a page you already have. Up to 30 minutes a month on the Care plan, and it doesn’t roll over.
New pages, new features and design changes are quoted before we start, so nothing lands on an invoice you weren’t expecting.
